Lackland Road Culvert C-2-116 and Lackland Road Resurfacing (AR-1714 and AR-1841)
The removal of an existing concrete culvert and replacement with a precast concrete box culvert as well as new asphalt pavement on Lackland Road within St. Louis County and other incidental items necessary to complete the above in a workmanlike manner.
